Things are getting interesting

When Gino first moved down here, my plan was for him to move in to this house to "soften the blow" for when I moved out. He moved in, and when he went to register as a sex offender, they said "NOPE!" because there was a daycare being run out of someone's house 920 feet away (you need to be at least 1000 feet).

Now, Gino is living with Hannah's dance instructor and he and his wife are splitting up (after 27 years, sadly) and they will likely be selling the house. Hannah noticed there was a for sale sign up the street, and gave the address to Gino who checked it out and it is not within 1000 feet of a school or day care center. The current plan is for Gino and Hannah to move into that house, and use this house as a rental property. We can probably get 2200 a month for it, and the mortgage is 2000 a month.
